Big gap-up open Monday. The upward action continued through the day right to the close. Unfortunately for the bulls the volume was lower than Friday. That translates as a short-covering rally that didn't pick up institutional buying before 4 PM.
What now? We wait and see if election day and Wednesday give the big money girls and boys a reason to get in with both feet.
Meanwhile we'll hang at 50% cash and 50% in ETFs QQQ and IVV.
