The markets have moved into all-time high territory in the past few weeks. Fear measurements have subsided. Distribution is light. Yesterday the market bobbed along at the flatline all day. All seems calm.
A market that lacks fear is a market that often finds something to be fearful about-- as in a sharp sell-off.
Are we predicting that? No. But we are watchful. For now, we're 100% invested.
