Beware

Markets are trading up this morning which is nice to see if your normal position in the markets is bullish.

However, what it means to someone in cash is that, if we close the day up on higher volume, it could be the  first day of a potential new rally. 

That DOES NOT mean that it is time to buy.  In fact, it would be days before we would move out of cash.
