Oddly, there were no Democrat Senators jumping aboard the tax bill once it was assured passage in the earliest hours of today. Senators in states carried by the POTUS by big double-digit margins seemed likely to cast "Aye" votes if their vote wasn't crucial for passage. But none did.
Their leader, Schumer of NYC, kept discipline in the ranks. But Democrat Senators hoping to be re-elected in WV, MO, ND, and several other states just put themselves at grave risk. Perhaps they made a wise decision. But, maybe, they just were encouraged by a safe-seat leader to jump off a very high cliff.
There was some "buy on the rumor/ sell on the news" activity yesterday.
We're still at 100%.
