Patterns

A recent pattern in the market:  early gains taken out by late-day selling.

Some days the indexes have stayed in the green to the close but yesterday the early gains were smaller and the NASDAQ closed in the red.

The bear is still alive even if his roar hasn't been quite as loud lately. 

We're staying with our cash position and only hold the high dividend ETF,  RDIV.

Futures point to a lower open today.
